I openly inform clients about the limitations of professional services, fees, availability, scope of practice and potential risks and benefits
I consult peers and/or mentors on any ethical/professional dilemmas
I keep all information about the coach/client relationship strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information
I pursue ongoing professional and personal growth
I take responsibility for my triggers and do not make it about the other person
I’m punctual and prepared for sessions with clients
I have a consistent personal practice of self-inquiry, self-reflection, contemplation and/or meditation
I will not use any sales strategies (which are sadly common in the coaching industry) that will put pressure on clients to purchase my services.
I am not treating mental health illness nor am I undertaking the role of therapist. If you experience a mental illness please reach out to a therapist or psychologist
I work from the premise that my clients already have all the answers within them. I am here to support them in finding access to their inner resources and insights.
