The Founders of the Focus Chamber

Christian has been something of a focus enthusiast since decades. Ever since his parents introduced him to autogenic training as a teenager, he has been exploring methods to sharpen concentration. During his university years, this interest became more conscious and deliberate: he immersed himself in questions of productivity, distraction and habit, how they are formed, maintained, and broken.

Over the years, this curiosity has deepened into a necessity. His publishing work with Undercurrents and his academic research in psychoanalysis demand the kind of disciplined focus that his explorations have helped cultivate.

The Focus Chamber is one manifestation of this journey — a space where the principles he has practiced and refined over the years find collective form and application.

Anne-Claire is a coach and trainer for coaches, author, creator of empowerment and awakening programs, on a mission to help humanity live a little more from the heart space every day. She started as a naturopathic practitioner and opened up to a broader view of health including all areas of life.
