“The journaling challenge that Christian offers was a beautiful invitation to reconnect to myself and to my dreams. The meditation, breathing and visualization that go along with the journalling are incredible to vision our highest self and to unlock our true potential. It's also an opportunity to bring the beautiful and powerful practice of journalling into our busy lives."
— Pauline
“I really enjoyed doing this journaling programme. The emails are very clean visually, the process is clear, the questions invite us to deep introspection. This program is a wonderful gift that I recommend without hesitation! Thank you so much 🙏 !”

“I first intended to use this course as a way to go back to journaling (as a morning routine) but I quickly felt that the seemingly simple questions led me deep inside me, which was sometimes a little uncomfortable (the legacy question was a tough one !) but always very nourishing.”
— Ariane
What do you get?
Getting to know a new skill for meaningful change
From the comfort of your own home, you will engage in a serie of journal & imagination exercises to increase awareness for your psyche and the uniqueness that lays in it.
Powerful inquires that will invoke hidden wisdom
Every day you will receive guidance into your daily journal practices via e-mail. This guidance includes not only the why behind the different prompts but also inquiries that will help you to discover more about yourself.
One guided active imagination meditation
Active Imagination is a meditation technique that was created by Carl Gustav Jung to access unconscious parts. While you are in a meditative and relaxed state, you will enter interactions with unconscious parts of yourself and learn more about these aspects of your psyche.
A keystone habit & understanding for your personal values
During this journey you will finish up with a new habit that will have beneficial effect on multiple areas of your life and you will create awareness for values that can serve as a guiding light for your future decisions.
How does this work?
For 5 consecutive days, you will receive every morning an email with an instructions for the daily journal practice. This practice should not take longer than 30 minutes. The first day will include 17 minutes of guided meditation, which will help you to connect to the whispers beyond our default thinking mode. This will serve us as a basis for the following days. Every day includes powerful inquiries and a different topic:
Day zero: Introduction for the upcoming days
Day one: Facing the potential of the person you know you could be
Day two: Your unlived life
Day three: The legacy that you want to leave behind
Day four: Your values that help to guide your way
Day five: Integrating by creating a new keystone habit

Christian Kasper | Breathwork Facilitator & Coach
As an introvert introspection and self-discovery were always things that excited me. I love the journeys beyond our rational mind, one reason why I became a breathwork facilitator and an explorer of nightly dreams.
Journaling became an important part of my practice to connect to deeper levels of myself. It supported me in taking important steps, as it is one of the first possible steps for integration and manifestation. Without journaling, I would probably would be on a different path, a path that is not mine and rather a path that was highly influenced by demands from other people. And that is the reason why I’m sharing these inquiries, these ideas and this journaling practice: To facilitate a relationship to your inner demands, to your inner authority.
I hope you enjoy the journey. Might this be a powerful one. 🙏🏻
