We start in a bit!

To get the most out of the experience:

Set up your space that feels intuitively safe for you.

Make sure that you’re not going to be interrupted for the next hour.

The breathing will be done laying down. So it can be on the ground or on the bed (but make sure you don’t fall asleep 😴).

Have a blanket. During breathwork it’s common to experience a temperature change.

Take whatever supports you, sage 🌿, palo santo, your crystals 💎, your favorite blanket, a calming light whatever gives you a good feeling.

It’s all about creating a powerful and safe container.
